Welcome to the Chalet Hohneck

Built and decorated in a warm and authentic style, “Chalet Hohneck” is a haven of peace and a change of scenery in the Alps. Old woods and stones are carefully associated, for a very strong identity with the mountain and traditional heritage.

At the foot of the Hohneck Massif in the Munster Valley

After having traveled the Alps for a long time, we are happy to welcome you to our traditional mountain chalet in stone and old wood, for a unique experience of change of scenery, authenticity of nature and relaxation. The chalet is new and individual. We completed its construction in 2021 after two years of hard work in accordance with Alpine traditions. It is backed by the forest of the Ballons des Vosges natural park in the Frankenthal nature and protected reserve, just a few minutes from the main ski resorts, several mountain lakes, and many hiking trails such as the GR5, the rocks, the Hohneck massif.

A few words about the Chalet

Luxury chalet with SPA and private sauna, in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges natural park.
Enchanted parenthesis, at the foot of the Hohneck massif, in an old glacier site, “Chalet Hohneck”, is at the start of many hiking trails and very close to the main alpine and Nordic ski areas.
There is nothing like, at nightfall, to meet at the large table, all gathered, in front of the suspended fireplace for a raclette or many other local specialties

There’s nothing like getting together around the large table at nightfall, all gathered in front of the large suspended fireplace, for a raclette or why not a pie from the Munster valley and many other local specialties delivered to the Chalet at your request. For children, a high chair, a cot, and a changing mat are available on request. In addition, you will benefit from a ski room, rental piste skis for men, women and children and free parking for 3 cars at the chalet.

In the spacious living room convertible corner sofa with thick double bed, suspended gas fireplace, with remote control and new Savoyard furniture throughout the chalet.

SPA & Wellness

With family or friends, after a day in the great outdoors, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the Finnish sauna of the chalet then a delicious moment of relaxation in the bubbles of the SPA with aromatherapy and chromotherapy.

Master Bedroom With Balcony

The first floor has a balcony with stunning mountain views. One of the two bathrooms is glazed and installed in the master bedroom with on its doors illustrations of Marcaires, farmer innkeepers of yesteryear.

A fully equipped chalet

For your well-being, it has its own SPA with chromotherapy and aromatherapy as well as a Sauna, bathrobes and slippers,

it has 2 terraces, 1 balcony, barbecue, table and benches, deck chairs as well as WiFi, a charging station for electric cars in the private car park. Men’s and women’s mountain bike and VTC bike

rentals are available at the chalet as well as skis for the winter
